Travelski.com revolutionized ski holiday planning with its comprehensive platform, offering seamless booking for accommodations, ski passes, and equipment. Its user-friendly interface and personalized recommendations catered to individual preferences, simplifying the entire process for travelers worldwide. With round-the-clock customer support and secure payment options, Travelski.com became the trusted choice for hassle-free ski getaways. Its success highlights the importance of innovation and customer-centricity in the travel industry, setting a new standard for seamless and unforgettable winter vacations.
Problem
Before the team's intervention, the product pages enabling future vacationers to book their stays were not performing well. Customers were lost on the page, which was too rich in information with little hierarchy. So, we carried out a strategy sprint, benchmarking competitors and implementing design patterns that could address Travelski's issue: convincing more customers to book their trips on this travel company's website.
Process
Several iterations took place, especially on the UX part, revising both the product sheet as well as the sales funnel, to provide future customers with a more personalized experience on the platform, notably by allowing them to choose the names of travelers to personalize their equipment and ski pass subscriptions. A streamlined and more personalized journey, therefore.
Outcome
The result is a much clearer journey for consumers. Two years after the mission, the page remains unchanged with the same journey. A success.
